we have analyzed over a million of samples by OES , which equipment , we change over to latest model every 5 years. Presently , we have 8th spectrometer in our services from Spectro Analytical Instrumens, Germany..

    

About Certifications

      

We started efforts to get NABL Certification for our activities & we got first accreditation in year 2002. Since then, we have been regularly audited & certified by NABL. Present certification is valid till 27.02.2024..

We , at Spark Testing Services , are committed to adopt good professional practices ,
for providing quality metallurgical testing services with respect to speed , accuracy and reproducibility of test results and strictly adhere to impartiality and confidentiality in all our test activities.

All personnel connected with testing activities , shall fully familiarize themselves with related requirements of ISO / IEC : 17025 - 2017 & specific NABL criteria applicable for our lab.

We are committed to fully implement policies and procedures of this manual in our work. The objective is to achieve total customer satisfaction at all time.

Adoption and addition of latest techniques and training of concerned personnel to improve our competency shall be an ongoing process in our organizational efforts.

     Mr. D. M. Deo , is a qualified post graduate degree holder in Metallurgy from University of Pune. He has more than 53 years of experience as a practicing metallurgist , principally in areas of Chemical , Mechanical & Metallurgical testing.

     He has serviced in reputed engineering organizations , namely Tata Motors , Mahindra Owen & Sandwik Asia, all in Pune.

     Incidently , Mr. Deo is a certified ISO : 17025 auditor of NABL & has audited many laboratories in the past years as TA for Chemical & Mechanical testing.
